User Agreement for BluRoo

1. Third-Party Service: The User acknowledges that the App is an independent, third-party service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any specific medical or emergency services authorities.
   

2. Source of Protocols: The App provides a streamlined interface for accessing Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) protocols that are issued by designated Emergency Medical Services (“EMS”) agencies (national, state, or local medical authorities and institutions).

3. User Responsibility for Protocol Currency: It is solely the User’s responsibility to ensure that they are following the most current and up-to-date protocols when providing patient care. The App aims to make accessing these EMS protocols more efficient; however, users must verify the currency of these protocols through official channels with the appropriate EMS agencies.

4. Selecting Appropriate Protocols and Their Versions: It is the user's responsibility not only to locate the current versions of EMS protocols and details about their issuing authorities within the App, but also to ensure they select the appropriate location and version of the protocols they intend to use and are authorized to utilize. This critical information can be accessed through the App by navigating to the "Settings" and selecting the "Information" Tab. Users must verify that their chosen protocols align with their qualifications and the requirements of the jurisdictions in which the Users operate.

5. Patient Care: The User bears full responsibility for delivering precise and suitable patient care, strictly adhering to the latest up-to-date protocols as established by the appropriate EMS authorized agencies, as well as by medical authorities and institutions. This obligation extends to all features of the App, including but not limited to Protocols, Power Tools, CPR Tracker, Facilities, and the Dosage Calculator. It is imperative that the User ensures compliance with these up-to-date protocols while utilizing any aspect of the App's functionality.

6. Updates and Changes: The App is subject to continuous development and updates. It is the User's responsibility to corroborate the information within the App with the latest information available through official channels with the appropriate EMS agencies.

7. Quizzes and Intellectual Property: BluRooDev, LLC has developed a series of quiz questions ("Quizzes") or (“Quiz”) designed to enhance the Users' understanding and application of EMS protocols. These Quizzes, accessible within the App, remain the exclusive property of BluRooDev, LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use these Quizzes within the App for the purpose of improving their knowledge and skills in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification, or use of the Quizzes outside the scope of the App without the express written permission of BluRooDev, LLC is strictly prohibited. By utilizing the App and engaging with the Quizzes, Users expressly agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, acknowledging that the Quizzes are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use within the App, and any use beyond this scope is strictly forbidden without BluRooDev, LLC's explicit written consent.

8. Referral Program:  BluRooDev, LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a referral program (“Referral Program”) that allows Users to share a unique referral code with others. When a referred user creates an account and activates a free trial using a valid referral code, the referral may count toward the referring User’s referral redemption total.

   Participation in the Referral Program is subject to the following terms:


   • Program Availability:
The Referral Program is optional and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time by BluRooDev without prior notice.

   • Referral Tracking & Eligibility:
Referral credit is only earned when: A referred user enters the referral code during account creation or trial activation, and BluRooDev’s systems verify eligibility based on internal validation criteria.
BluRooDev is not responsible for referral tracking errors, delayed activations, or failures caused by user error or technical limitations.


   • Redemption Requirements:
The number of referrals required for any reward, benefit, or credit (“Redemption Requirements”) is determined solely by BluRooDev and may change at any time.


   • Limitations & Fraud Prevention:
BluRooDev may investigate and void any referrals suspected of misuse, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or other manipulative behavior. BluRooDev reserves the right to deny or revoke referral rewards for any reason.


   • Non-Transferability:
Referral codes, referral credits, and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used as permitted within the App.


By participating in the Referral Program, Users agree to comply with these terms as well as all other provisions of this User Agreement.

By proceeding to use the App, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your access to the App.
